Mitsui Fudosan started the “Colorful Work Project” in 2018 to support each individual’s diverse workstyles. In the 2019 version, choosing new workstyles such as “Bring your child to work” “Gap time fitness” “Short break charge” are depicted through different types of animals with colorful personalities.
