Key Initiatives:
Pet-Friendly Office Policy: Employees are now permitted to bring their dogs to the office, creating a flexible and welcoming environment. This policy was developed in collaboration with E-Sohko Co., Ltd., the leasing management company for the Daisan Toun Building, to ensure a seamless integration of pet-friendly spaces.
Expanded Care Leave for Pets: The caregiving leave policy has been extended to include pets, enabling employees to take paid leave to care for their pets in cases of illness, medical emergencies, or other essential needs.
These policies were designed to accommodate the needs of employees who see their pets as family members, addressing the challenges of caregiving while allowing them to maintain a work-life balance.
Anticipated Benefits
Enhanced Well-being: Allowing pets in the office and expanding leave policies aim to reduce stress and promote a healthier work-life integration for employees.
Stronger Connections: The presence of pets is expected to facilitate informal interactions, fostering a sense of community and camaraderie within teams.
