Tokyo, Japan – TBWA\HAKUHODO is proud to announce that Takahiro Hosoda, Chief Creative Officer, has been selected as a judge for The One Show 2025, widely regarded as the world’s most prestigious award show in advertising and design. This honor recognizes his outstanding contributions to branding, advertising, and innovation.
As a member of the IP & Product Design Jury, Takahiro Hosoda will evaluate entries that push the boundaries of product innovation and brand storytelling.
Founded in 1973 by The One Club for Creativity, The One Show has become one of the most respected platforms for recognizing creativity and innovation in advertising, design, and branded communication. With its iconic Gold Pencil, The One Show is considered the ultimate symbol of creative achievement in the industry.
In 2024, over 20,000 submissions were received from 69 countries. The judging panel for The One Show consists of leading creators and business leaders worldwide, selected for their expertise and influence in shaping the future of creativity.

Hosoda joined TBWA\HAKUHODO in 2012 after starting his career at Hakuhodo and gaining experience at TBWA\CHIAT\DAY in Los Angeles.
As Chief Creative Officer since 2022, he oversees creative direction for global clients across automotive, apparel, sports, finance, and beauty categories, while driving the agency’s evolution as the Disruptive Brand Experience Company. His leadership extends to corporate vision development and product, business, and service design, garnering recognition for work that transcends traditional advertising and communications. To date, he has garnered over 300 prestigious national and international awards, including Cannes Lions Gold, a Grand Prix at the New York Festival, and accolades from ADC, CLIO, Spikes Asia, and ACC Japan. Following his 2023 win, he was recognized as “Creative Leader of the Year” by Campaign Asia for a second consecutive year in 2024.
